Privacy Policy

Coach Julie Volleyball (“Coach Julie,” “we,” “us”) is run by Juliana Endara-Eyberg, 2103 W Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445. You can reach us by call or text at (561) 823-2264.

The short version: we only collect what we need to run your training, we never sell your information, we don’t use ad trackers, and a parent or guardian is in charge of any information about a player under 18.

1. What we collect

When you buy a program: your name, email and phone number. Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
When you send a video for review ($497 and $997 programs): the player’s name, the email you want feedback sent to, any note you add, and the video itself.
When you book a 1-on-1 call: the name and email you enter on the Google Calendar booking page.
Live calls: calls happen on Google Meet. We do not record calls.
Your progress tracker: scores you type into the tracker are saved only in your own browser on your own device. They are never sent to us.

2. How we use it

To give you access to your program and deliver what you paid for.
To review videos and send feedback, and to schedule and run calls.
To answer your questions and handle refunds.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and Stripe and Google may set their own cookies when you use their checkout, booking or video pages. If we ever add analytics or ad tracking, we will ask for your permission first and update this policy.

4. Who else handles your information

We use a small number of trusted services only to run the program:

Stripe: payments.
Google: Drive (storing review videos), Calendar (booking), Meet (video calls) and Gmail (sending you messages).
Netlify: hosts this website.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Players under 18

Our program is made for players ages 10 to 18, but it is bought and managed by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must make the purchase, book calls and give permission before any video of a player is sent. For players under 13, the parent or guardian must be the one who sends any videos or information. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13 without a parent’s permission. If you think a child has sent us information without permission, call or text us and we will delete it.

6. How long we keep it

Review videos are deleted within 90 days after your program ends, or sooner if you ask. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for taxes and accounting.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information (or your child’s) at any time. Just call or text (561) 823-2264.

8. Keeping it safe

Videos are stored in a private folder that only Coach Julie can open. Member pages are private links that are hidden from search engines. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
